Shipping policy
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-7 business days. Once fulfilled, your order is shipped out, and typical delivery times are:
- USA: 3-4 business days
- International: 5-15 business days
These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may take longer due to factors such as carrier delays, high order volumes, customs processing, or other issues beyond our control.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International orders
Shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend adding a phone number to your order for smoother international delivery.
Important notes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping charges for reshipment.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management first.
